Osama bin Laden's speeches that he regularly delivered through video were black propaganda. Bin Laden blatantly states in his first speech after September 11, 2001, that he had nothing part in the attacks. However, the speeches, recorded conversations, and other media that was released and surfaced about him throughout the years that followed proved that was began this string of videos with a boldfaced lie. Bin Laden goes on in his videos (from 2001-2011) to claim responsibility for the attacks. He harshly criticizes the West, discusses the plans for the attacks in the days leading up to September 11, and plays on spiritual and religious beliefs by vowing to expand Iraqi citizens' Jihad to Israel and threatening the group as whole. Bin Laden's fabrications of what may or may not happen if countries joined (or fought against) Al-Qaeda, his deceit and lies about America and September 11, and his threats make his videos black propaganda.
